Memlane is made by a very small team that reads everything. Write to support@memlane.ai — for help, bugs, questions about your data, or just to tell us what the app got right about your Tuesday. We aim to reply within two days, usually sooner.
Common questions
When can I get Memlane?
Memlane is in private beta and coming to the App Store soon. Reserve your edition and you’ll get one email when it’s your turn — that list is exactly the order we invite people in.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone running iOS 17 or later. Memlane draws on the signals your phone already keeps — photos, places, calendar, health — and every one of them is optional.
Is there an Android or web version?
Not yet. Memlane is built iPhone-first, where the record actually lives. If that changes, the waitlist hears first.
Does Memlane keep my photos on its servers?
No. Photos are uploaded securely, analyzed, and then the originals are deleted from our servers — what stays is the derived memory: who, where, what, when. The full story is in the privacy policy, in plain English.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. You get a 30-day window to change your mind, and then your record is removed from our servers. You can also write to support@memlane.ai and we’ll handle it for you.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes — email support@memlane.ai from the address tied to your account and we’ll send you what Memlane holds.
